Founded in 1999, Lapa & Pacheco, Lda. was established to continue the work developed by Black & Decker Portugal. Since then, we have dedicated ourselves to providing top technical assistance for brands like Stanley, Black+Decker, and DeWalt, offering services such as maintenance, repair, spare parts sales, and technical support.
In 2012, we moved to a new facility in Maia to expand our technical service and customer care area. By 2015, we became the exclusive official distributor in Portugal for Facom products. In 2023, we reached another milestone, becoming the exclusive national calibration center for Stanley Black+Decker lasers.
In 2024, we achieved an average of 800 repairs per month and are preparing to increase this volume further. Our technical team has consistently been recognized as a five-star service center in Portugal.
